I booked the studio on the 2nd floor for a long stay in may/june, for over a month. My whole experience with Upenn Short stays has been no less than amazing, in the sense that the Unit was very enjoyable, the communication with the rental coordinator was smooth and the amenities and services during my stay were reliable, consistent and professional
My unit was very well furnished and decorated and felt like home, I didn’t lack anything nor did have to request anything to the coordinator, as far as linens, towels, dishes, cooking ware etc. The shower was hot and with a good stream, and I had several options for heating/cooling with a AC unit, an additional room heater and finally plenty of windows to open and let the summer breeze in. Location wise, this place is unmatched, being in the core of university city, yet in a quaint street. So I had access to plenty restaurants, coffee shops, stores etc. without suffering from the street hustle and bustle normally associated with it.
As far as coordination, everything was smooth and predictable, I received clear instructions on how to enter the unit upon arrival and how to use all amenities/services. The coordinator was always very responsive and going out of his way to accommodate my requests. Check out was a breeze as well, as I just had to vacate the unit and leave the Key back in the safe box.
Finally, a weekly cleaning service was provided, which ensured I was able to feel fresh and energized throughout my stay, by staying in a clean and organized place despite using it for many weeks.
All in all, I look forward to my next stay there, maybe in a different unit to experience and enjoy the great decoration taste.
